April 18 @ 5:30 pm
Women’s mental health is a multi-faceted landscape. Messages bombard women daily, dictating how they should look and act, what they should eat, how they should age — all while pressuring them to do it all, and do it BETTER. It’s time to reject the tired notion that women can preserve their mental wellbeing by practicing self-care alone.
Instead, let’s be mindful of the real issues. Mindful of the barriers to women’s wellbeing. Mindful of how we can lift each other up and what we can do to create a lasting impact.
Join Women United for MindFULL: A Candid Conversation on Women’s Mental Health as we:
Get ready for an evening of empowerment, education, and connection. Together, let’s navigate the intricacies of women’s mental health and ensure every woman has the support she needs to thrive.
To ensure this event is as barrier–free and accessible as possible, United Way will be offering on-site childcare to parents who wish to attend. If you require childcare during this event, please indicate during registration checkout.
