Hear first-hand about the impact your campaign makes.
Companies running large workplace campaigns can book a speaker for their event. Please contact your United Way representative to learn more or call (780) 990-1000 for assistance. Please give us three weeks notice when booking your speaker request.
Speakers inform and inspire audiences through sharing their own compelling stories about the work of United Way and our partner agencies. Our volunteer speakers share their story to illustrate the needs of our community and help donors understand how their support makes a positive difference to the lives of people living in the Alberta Capital Region.
Presentations are about 10 minutes, but many speakers will stay for an informal Q&A session if you want to hear more.
A group size of 20 people minimum is required to book a speaker. If your audience is smaller, your campaign manager can provide a presentation, or you can share one of our impact videos.
We understand that each workplace campaign is unique and will do our best to match the most appropriate speaker for your group.
